Terms of use

Kwata Crib is provided by Kwata Team, Alberta, Canada, to companies under a written agreement. That agreement governs the service, its price and our responsibilities. These terms cover how people with an account use it.

Your account

• Accounts are given out by your company. Keep your password to yourself and sign out on a shared phone.
• Record what actually happened: who took a tool, where it went, and what condition it came back in.

What the reader does

Crib reads text off tool plates to save typing. It can misread, so it marks anything it is unsure of for a person to check before saving. The person saving a tool is responsible for its details being right.

The service

We work to keep Crib available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Crib records where your company says a tool is; it does not track tools by GPS and cannot stop a tool being taken.
